We encourage you to share a photo on Instagram or Facebook and memory (tagging in Joy Runs) as a personal running journal.



Are there any rules?

How you complete each challenge is up to you. Run as fast or far as you like. Solo or in a group.



How much does it cost?

Nothing! Joy Runs is 100% free.



How do I run happy?
